What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, the service you need and a short message. Your business name is optional. Please do not include tax documents, banking details or your social insurance number.
How your enquiry is sent
The website checks submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. That check can include your IP address. After verification, the form sends your contact details and message to CoPilot Tax’s configured enquiry service over an encrypted connection.
The form asks for permission to contact you about your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. After verification, a separate Cloudflare Worker stores your enquiry in a Cloudflare D1 database so the team can follow up. The database is accessible through the account’s administrative tools; the website has no public API for reading enquiries. Application logs do not include the contents of your message.
